Set a variety of forms of over-current protection in one, easy to set up, functional and practical! 0.1A-20A overcurrent protection; start delay protection; overload delay protection; motor positive and negative control.
Instructions:
1. Through DC power supply, set the first, set up and then press the start button
2 through 12V (default), the display lights up, showing the current value of the real current value, units, amperes. The controller detects the current state at a high speed, and the mantissa of the current value blinks.
3. Press the Set button, the small digital tube on the bottom right is lit, display 01, and then press the Set button to switch various setting functions in the following table:
01: forward current protection value, reaching this value is overload, setting range 0.1A to 20A
02: Reverse current protection value, reaching this value is overload, setting range 0.1A to 20A
03: Forward start delay protection value. Overload detection is not performed for a period of time after the motor is started to shield the overload during motor start-up. Setting range 0.1-4 seconds
04: reverse start delay protection value, the other with 03.
05: Forward overload delay protection value. Overload protection to meet the conditions, after a certain period of time to stop the output, in order to remove the interference load changes. Setting range 0.1-4 seconds
06: reverse overload delay protection value, the other with 05.
07: Enter the work mode button, there are only 3 modes

00001: When A and B are pressed, the motor will rotate in the corresponding direction, and the button will lift the motor to stop
00002: Press button A or B to release the button, the motor rotates in the corresponding direction, and then press any button again to stop the motor.
00003: Cycle (button A presses the motor to rotate in the positive direction, button A presses the motor to rotate in the opposite direction)
Note that this product is overload protector, non-ammeter, the current value above is the uncalibrated relative value.
Motor with blocking current less than 0.5A is not suitable for this product.
