frequently asked questions and instructions for use:
1. Install 4 AA batteries (it is recommended to use the power cord, otherwise the machine will not operate because the battery is insufficient)
2. Standby: Hold the base with the 4 finger of your right hand, and place your thumb naturally on the top of the upper cover of the fuselage to hold the whole machine smoothly.
3. Threading: Below the product description, there is a picture;
4. Put the cloth: lift the pressure plate with the right index finger, put the fabric ready to be sewn flat under the pressure plate, and gently put it back on the pressure plate to press the fabric
5. Sewing operation: with the left hand holding the fabric, the right hand thumb gently and quickly under pressure, the cloth feeding mechanism will automatically be sewn to the left. Hold the right hand of the machine and let the machine feed the cloth by itself. The left hand controls the direction of the cloth to keep the sewing line until the sewing is finished. The machine can automatically feed the cloth and adjust the tightness between stitches.
6. Knotting: If the single thread machine is to be knotted after sewing, the knotting method is explained in the upper right corner of PAGE3.
7. Change the coil: pull it out directly and be careful not to drop the spring. If you change the large coil, you can connect the spare connecting rod with the bobbin shaft and insert the large coil. Then re-thread the thread, adjust the tightness of the thread and sew it.

Dear friends: as long as it is a sewing machine, there will be problems such as sewing failure, needle skipping, thread breakage, card cloth and card thread. these are solved by adjusting the machine. if you can`t consult customer service, we will teach you, so we won`t think the above problems are machine quality problems! Means: with plastic coil, 3 needles, 1 threading wire, one winding rod
Common use problem solving methods
Question 1: Jump the needle. There is nothing on the reverse side. The needle is empty. The front side is a straight line. Pull it 1 and it will fall off!
Solution: If the needle jumps, it is certain that it will fall off if it is pulled 1, because the thread on the reverse side is not buckled one by one, and it is buckled under normal circumstances. The problem causing needle skipping is that the speed of cloth feeding is too fast for the machine to buckle the ring on the back. Don`t move your hand holding the machine, let the machine enter the cloth by itself. If it is still in a straight line, you need to adjust the machine! If not, please ask customer service, we will teach you!
Problem 2: 1 pile line on the back, stuck!
Solution: 1 is always a pile of wires on the back, and the machine will always be stuck. The reason is that the cloth is fed too slowly. Do not move your hand holding the machine. Pull the cloth on the left side of the machine and let the cloth feed faster.
Problem 3: I always break the thread or sew it out. My stitches are so loose!
Solution: Always break the line. Only wear 1-3-4 on the line chart. You must not put the line between 2 and it will definitely break.
. Using FAQs:
1. sewing machine jumper, broken thread how to repair
You must have thick insoles. Probably the time of delivery was wrong. See if the needle is crooked. This is also the case with a crooked needle.
2., I can`t hang the bottom line on the mechanical sewing machine. What`s the matter? See if the needle is bent.
Generally, the hook tip and the needle are not externally placed. The gap between the shuttle tip and the needle is 0.5mm. The time between the shuttle tip and the needle is 1.5mm in the morning and evening (that is, 1.5mm above the needle eye),
3. Jumpers:
1. The threading method is incorrect. Re-threading according to the "threading line chart"
2. The installation of the straight machine needle is incorrect. Check the height and facing position of the machine needle, so that the machine needle moves down slightly in front of the needle plate hole.
3. The straight needle tip is broken or bent to replace the new needle
4. The tip of the curved needle becomes blunt. Grind it with oilstone or fine sandpaper, or replace it with a new curved needle.
5. Suture tension is too large or too small to properly adjust the suture tension
6. The curved needle cannot cover the thread loop of the right straight needle. The thread loop of the right stitch jump needle of the lower decorative thread is too small. Appropriately increase the amount of jumper
7. The curved needle cannot cover the thread loop of the left straight needle. The thread loop of the left stitch jump needle of the lower decorative thread is too large. Reduce the amount of jump thread appropriately.
8. The curved needle cannot hook the middle and left straight needle loops at the same time, and the middle and left stitches of the lower decorative thread are all skipped to reduce the amount of jumpers appropriately.
9. The middle and left stitches on the back of the curved needle cannot penetrate the triangle of the knitted needle and the curved needle. The middle of the back of the left stitch shall be skipped to check whether the suture passes through the thread holder, and the synchronous operation of the bottom cam shall be checked. If there is any problem, adjust according to the standard.
10. Improper coordination between the needle and the curved needle. Check the height of the needle bar and the synchronization between the needle and the curved needle. If there is any problem, adjust it according to the standard.
11. Incorrect coordination between the needle and the needle guard bar Check the position of the needle and the needle guard bar
12. The machine needle and the stretch needle are not properly matched or the position of the stretch needle is wrong, causing the upper decorative thread to jump. Check the matching size of the machine needle and the stretch needle, and check the outgoing line of the stretch needle thread.
4. disconnection
1. The threading method is incorrect. Re-threading according to the "threading line chart"
2. The needle is not installed correctly. Reinstall the needle so that the needle slot is facing the operator.
3. The needle eye and groove of the machine needle are not smooth and replace the new machine needle.
4. Suture tension is too large to properly adjust suture tension
5. The quality of the suture is too poor to use a better suture.
6. The suture is thicker than the needle eye. Use a moderate suture or needle.
7. The machine needle, looper, needle plate, presser tongue, thread hole and other thread holes have burrs or scratches. Use oilstone or fine sandpaper to polish again, or replace the scratched parts.
8. Improper coordination of machine needle with curved needle and stretch needle shall be readjusted according to the coordination standard of machine needle with curved needle and stretch needle
Broken 5. needle
1. The presser foot pressure is too small, and the needle is broken due to poor cloth feeding. Appropriately increase the presser foot pressure to make the cloth feeding normal
2. Collision between curved needle and straight machine needle Adjust the matching position of curved needle and straight machine needle according to the standard
3. The matching position of the stretch needle and the straight machine needle shall be adjusted according to the standard when the stretch needle collides with the straight machine needle.
4. Improper coordination between the straight needle and the needle guard rod Adjust the coordination between the needle and the needle guard rod according to the standard
5. The curved needle tip is round and bald. Replace the curved needle with a new one.
6. The needle bar and the needle bar sleeve are too worn, so that the needle bar and the needle bar sleeve are loosened to replace the needle bar and the needle bar sleeve
7. The needle eye on the needle plate is too small to update the large needle eye needle plate or replace the small size needle.
8. If the parts are loose, check the fit and wear between the parts of the hook and wire mechanism, adjust the size according to the standard, and replace the parts with serious wear.
6. flower needle
1. The straight machine needle is too low to make the straight machine needle coil too large, so that the coils are intertwined and repositioned according to the straight machine needle height positioning standard
2. The tongue of the needle plate is too narrow, which makes it easy for the straight needle coil to be assembled and replaced with a new needle plate.
3. The lower part of the curved needle is too narrow and round, which is also easy to make the straight needle coils unable to be separated on the curved needle, so that the coils are interwoven with each other and the flower needle is replaced with a new curved needle.
4. Adjust the matching position of straight needle and curved needle according to the standard
7. seam wrinkling
1. Improper differential feeding ratio Adjust the differential feeding ratio properly
2. The height and front and rear positions of the delivery tooth are improper. Adjust the height and front and rear positions of the delivery tooth according to the standard.
3. Suture tension is too large to properly adjust suture tension
4. The presser foot pressure is too large or too small, adjust the presser foot pressure appropriately
5. The small presser foot loses its flexible movement up and down, and stitches or rust are embedded between the large and small presser feet to remove foreign matter between the large and small presser feet, and rust is removed or the rust presser foot is replaced.
Poor 8. stitch
1. The thickness of the thread is different. Use better stitches instead.
2. The wire gripper does not work properly to remove the dust in the wire gripper and make the wire pass smoothly.
3. The thread passing device is not positioned correctly to adjust the tension of needle thread, bent needle thread and stretched needle thread.
4. The over-wire hole is not smooth. Grind or polish the over-wire hole.
9. needle hole
1. Straight machine needle tip blunt or hair replacement needle
2. Compared with sewing materials, the machine needle is too thick to use a thicker machine needle.
3. The needle plate eye is too small or the corners are raised to round the needle plate eye.
Generally speaking, there are the following aspects:
A: The feeding tooth is not high or low.
B: needle bar height is not in place
C: the lower curved needle stroke is wrong
D: needle protection time, the gap is wrong
E: The time for the lower curved needle to loosen the cam is wrong
