Function mode (self-defined single-axis control version of the agreement as an example, the other two please download the manual to view its function):
0: Self-programming mode (that is, serial communication control)
1: Auto-return mode
2: Single round-trip mode
3: Single trigger mode
4: Jog mode
This controller for industrial applications RS-232 (serial).
First, the resource description
1, all the way stepper motor control output (if necessary, can be extended 2).
2, 3 OC output, the maximum 500mA, referred to as O1, O2, O3 (external 5V relays, LED lights, etc.). Output 5V low level.
3, 4 optocoupler isolated input, low effective (24V effective), hereinafter referred to as I1, I2, I3, I4 (external mechanical switches, proximity switches (NPN normally open), photoelectric switch (NPN normally open) and so on.
4, all the way AD acquisition, access through a 10K adjustable resistance external adjustment voltage range 0-3V. Can be used to adjust the running speed in fixed mode.
5, all the way RS232 serial port (with the host computer to communicate).
6, up and down four directions keys, two LED status indicator.
7, storage IC (EEPROM), power can store data.
Second, the function briefly
1,5 kinds of working modes: programmable mode (serial communication) and 4 kinds of fixed working mode.
2, programmable mode: that is, through the host computer programming parameters (direction, distance, speed).
3, 4 curing mode of operation, to meet the needs of more applications.
4, step pulse frequency can be adjusted, AD collected 0-3V voltage signal corresponding frequency 0-50K HZ, the default frequency of 1KHZ. This function is only valid in 4 curing modes, but can not adjust the speed in self programming mode.
Third, the working mode setting and mode description
1, 2 LED display mode:
Mode 1 2 3 4
LED1 ON ON OFF OFF
LED2 ON OFF ON OFF
2, programmable mode: serial communication (protocol is open)
Programmable mode (serial communication control); through the host computer serial / 485 interface control stepper motor operation and stop, and set the parameters of the operation, the controller can work from the computer, that is offline work.
Offline Job Description:
This mode triggers I1, the motor runs according to the distance, direction and speed set on the host computer. If the running direction is set to positive and the starting point is not at the I3 limit point, I1 reaches the 1:00 point to trigger the I3 forward limit station, and the motor will stop immediately.
If the direction is positive, and the starting point in the I3 limit point, then trigger I1 motor does not run. If the running direction is set to reverse, and the starting point is not in the I4 limit position, it will trigger I1 to reach I0 and then trigger the I4 inversion limit point, the motor will stop immediately. If the direction is reversed, and the starting point in the I4 limit, then trigger I1 motor does not run.
When the I2 signal is triggered, the motor will reverse the speed set by the upper computer and stop running after it reaches I4 (reverse limit).
3,4 kinds of curing mode setting method: (through the onboard 4 buttons to enter into different modes)
Among these four modes, the speed can be adjusted according to the potentiometer.
Mode1: Auto-return mode Press ← (left) to enter
I1 ---------- Start control trigger
I2 ---------- Stop control trigger terminal
I3 ---------- Forward limit trigger terminal
I4 ---------- Reverse limit trigger terminal
This mode will trigger I1 motor to rotate forward (O1, O2 and O3 output will be valid at the same time). Starting from 0:00, I3 will be triggered after reaching 1:00 (while O1, O2 and O3 output are invalid) . When the motor reaches 0:00 I4 (at the same time O1, O2, O3 output valid) the motor forward, move to 1:00. So back and forth movement. Until the trigger I2 (at the same time O1, O2, O3 output invalid) stop button after the motor stopped, press the button (right) back to the main interface.
Mode2: Single-pass mode Press → key (right key) to enter
I1 ---------- Start control trigger
I2 ---------- Stop control trigger terminal
I3 ---------- Forward limit trigger terminal
I4 ---------- Reverse limit trigger terminal
After this mode is powered on, the I1 motor will be triggered to forward (O1, O2 and O3 output will be valid at the same time). Starting from 0:00, I3 will be triggered after reaching 1:00. The motor will reverse and move to 0:00. When the motor reaches 0:00, I4 motor is triggered to stop (at the same time O1, O2, O3 output is invalid), to complete a movement process. During motor running, if I2 is triggered (at the same time, O1, O2 and O3 outputs are invalid), the motor stops immediately. When the motor is restarted, the motor runs in the same direction as before stopping. Press ← (left key) to return to the main interface.
Mode3: Single trigger mode Press ↓ key (down key) to enter
I1 ---------- Start control trigger
I2 ---------- Stop control trigger terminal
I3 ---------- Forward limit trigger terminal
I4 ---------- Reverse limit trigger terminal
After this mode is powered on, it will trigger I1 motor to rotate forward and stop when I2 or I3 or I4 is triggered. If I again trigger I 1
The motor start running direction is determined by the last stop trigger control. If the last stop was triggered by I3, this time
The running direction is negative. If the previous stop was triggered by I4, the running direction is positive. If the last stop
It is triggered by I2 to stop. The running direction is consistent with the previous running direction. Press → key (right key) to return to the main interface.
Mode4: Jog mode Press ↑ (up) to enter
I1 ---------- forward control trigger terminal
I2 ---------- reversing control trigger side
I3 ---------- Forward limit trigger terminal
I4 ---------- Reverse limit trigger terminal
After the power is turned on, I1 or ← key is pressed (the left key is pressed), the motor will run forward, stop when I3 is triggered, and I1 will not be triggered before I3 trigger is not released. I2 motor is triggered to reverse, stop when I4 is triggered, I2 is not run again before I4 trigger is not released. Press ↓ key (down key) to return to the main interface.
