1. Introduction to HY2019/07 USB/serial line array CCD acquisition module
a. CCD chip: Toshiba TCD1304AP, the pixel size is 8um¡¿200um, the total number of pixels is 3648, and the wavelength response range is 300nm ~ 1100nm.
b. AD sampling rate: 0.5M.
c. Sampling depth: 12Bit.
d. CCD integral exposure time us (10,20,40,60,80,100,500),ms (1,3,7.5,20,50,100,300) 14 levels adjustable.
e. The trigger mode is internal trigger or external key trigger. (The internal trigger mode is set by default.)
f. The number of frames is only related to the data transmission speed of the serial port, sampling 7.5ms to complete one frame.
2. Setting instructions:
Hexadecimal format 0x61 or ASCII code a Outputs 3648 ASCII codes with coordinates in decimal system, such as 145-2576. The front 145 represents the coordinates, and the back represents the AD 12-bit deep sampling value (0-4095).
Hexadecimal format 0x62 or ASCII code b Output 3648 ASCII codes without coordinate decimal system, such as 2576, which represents AD 12-bit deep sampling value (0-4095).
Hexadecimal format 0x64 or ASCII code d output 3648 hexadecimal ASCII codes with coordinates, such as 145-0xFFF, the front 145 represents the coordinates, and the back represents the AD 12-bit deep sampling value (0x000-0xFFF).
Hexadecimal format 0x65 or ASCII code e Output 3648 hexadecimal ASCII codes without coordinates, such as 0x773, which represents AD 12-bit deep sampling value (0x000-0xFFF).
Hexadecimal format 0x63 or ASCII code c output 3648 hexadecimal values without coordinates, such as 0F FF, representing AD 12-bit deep sampling value (0000-0FFF).
Add hexadecimal format 0x66, and continuously output a frame of 7296byte data. In the case of the serial port baud rate of 926100, it can reach about 12 frames per second.
Add hexadecimal format 0x67 to stop continuous output.
Add hexadecimal format 0x70, 57600 (serial baud rate)
Added hexadecimal format 0x71, 115200 (serial baud rate, default, interactive sending 1.25 frames/s)
Added hexadecimal format 0x72, 460800 (serial baud rate, interactive sending 4 frames/s)

Hexadecimal format 0x31 to 0x39, 0x41, 0x42, 0x43, 0x44, 0x45 14 levels to adjust the integration time. Corresponding to um(10,20,40,60,80,100,500),ms(1,3,7.5,20,50,100,300), the default is 100us.
The baud rate is fixed at 115200,N,8,1. (The short-distance serial port can be set to about 926100, according to customer requirements.)
The USB communication rate is about 450K.
