Operational Amplifier OP AMP Tester For Single Dual OPAMP TL071 TL072 TL081 TL082 Single/Dual Op Amp Test Board
Features:
1. The conversion rate of the chip can be roughly judged.
2. Those low-speed chips that pretend to be high-speed chips can be found.
3. The circuit board can interpret whether the IC can be used for amplification.
Specification:
Power supply requirements: Voltage: 12VDC, current above 100mA
1. Connect the 12VDC power supply to the circuit board, at this time, the 3 red LEDs on the board are lit
2. Insert the op amp to be tested, pay attention to the direction of the notch
The left socket is the test single op amp, and the upper two red and yellow LEDs indicate
The socket on the right is for testing the dual op amp, and the upper two sets of red and yellow LEDs correspond to the two chips inside the dual op amp.
3. After inserting the chip:
If the op amp chip is normal, the yellow LED is on and the red LED is off
If the output of the op amp chip is open, the yellow LED is off and the red LED is on
If there is a short circuit inside the op amp chip, the red and yellow LEDs will flash alternately
For chips with low slew rate, the status indicated by the LED is always bright in yellow, and the red will flicker slightly. Instead of high-speed, it can also judge whether the chip is counterfeit or not.
The actual test low conversion rate such as: OP07, LM741, the yellow is always bright, the red is slightly bright.
When testing chips with high conversion rate, such as: TL071, NE5534, MC34071 and other chips, the yellow is always on, and the red is off.
Single op amp models: LM741, LF356, NE5534, TL071, TL081, OP07 and other standard package single op amps.
Dual op amp models: LM358, NE5532, TL072, TL082, MC1458, RC4558, OP275, AD827 and other standard package dual op amps.
