Four, operation and maintenance
Please read this manual carefully before using the instrument, to understand the structure and technical performance of the instrument, the instrument and check the power supply requirements are consistent with the connection is correct, correct before the power supply is switched on, the first to use or hide before reuse, should check the instrument is in good condition.
Operation steps
Connect the power plug line with the instrument power outlet, and connect the probe and the output socket.
Switch on the instrument power switch, at this time the power indicator is bright, the instrument control circuit is connected at the same time, the servo work.
Touch the probe and the workpiece, press the switch on the probe, then the instrument is magnetized to the workpiece, the working light is bright. When the switch is released, the main circuit power is cut off, and the workpiece is stopped magnetized.
When stopping use, turn off the power source of the instrument and cut off the power supply.
Trouble shooting
Power on, no indication, no work, fuse fuse, caused by short circuit or overload.
Press the switch, probe work, no work instructions, due to the damage of the work indicator light.
The working light is bright, the probe is not magnetized, and the main circuit or control circuit is out of order.
When the power supply is switched on, the magnetizing circuit is not magnetized, and the control circuit or bidirectional thyristor is broken.
Five, matters needing attention
The instrument work time: it is recommended to work continuously for a long time:
The magnetizing time less than 3 seconds, or 5 seconds between the time.
Before use, check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements of the instrument, such as too high or too low will damage the instrument or affect the detection effect.
When using, the probe end face should keep good contact with the workpiece to be checked, and then press the magnetizing switch, at this time, the magnetization effect is the best.
Although the instrument has good no-load over-current protection circuit, but in use, we should try to avoid no-load work, in order to reduce unnecessary temperature rise.
This instrument can work continuously, if it is found that some of the fever is serious, stop using it, and then use it after finding out the reason.
Instruments and accessories shall be used or stored in clean, dry and non corrosive environments.
Please pay attention to the danger of high pressure in the machine when repairing.
When the magnetizing switch is pressed, the switch power supply can not be switched.
The instrument shell must be reliably grounded.
