Installation instructions
Appearance and installation£º
The outline structure is shown in Figure 1. The liquid level transmitter (flexible wire input type) is composed of shell, amplifier, wiring terminal, protective cap, hollow conductor, etc
Installation method£º
(1) Choose a place easy to operate and maintain for installation; ¦ twenty
(2) It shall be installed as far away from the vibration source as possible;
(3) Keep away from heat source as far as possible;
(4) When the input type liquid level transmitter is installed, the metal probe shall sink into the bottom of the container.
Installation precautions (customer terminal) ¦ twenty-seven
(1) If the customer makes another connection, waterproof measures must be taken (such as closing the junction box, etc.). If it is not or relatively simple, the conductor can be bent and installed downward (as shown in the figure) to prevent water ingress and avoid failure.
(2) When the liquid level probe is put into the water, it is better to fix it and keep it away from the water inlet.
